Who We Are

Greg Bellars Architects Hilton work in the residential, commercial, and school sectors. The practice is busy with new residential projects in gated estates in the KZN Midlands, namely in Garlington Estate, Garlington Village, Gowrie Farm, Gowrie Village, Mount Verde, the Gates in Hilton, and the Victoria Country Club Estate in Pietermaritzburg. The practice currently acts as school architect for St Charles College, Cowan House and the Drakensberg Boys Choir School. Our projects in the commercial space are diverse and active, and we are able to help with a full architectural service from inception to contract completion.
 
Greg Bellars Architects (Pty) Ltd was established by Greg Bellars in Hilton (KwaZulu-Natal) in 2019 after a long partnership in Pietermaritzburg with Nick Grice – Grice Bellars Architects.

On completing 1 year of a Fine Art degree at UNP and completing my higher diploma in Architecture at Natal Technikon, together with some work experience, I decided to further my studies in Architecture and enrolled at the University of Natal to obtain a degree. I then worked in various practices in the area until establishing Greg Bellars Architects in 2019.

With over 25 years of experience behind him, Imran heads up our studio and is responsible for the preparation and production of technical documentation and obtaining building plan approval from local authorities.  He also assists with project supervision.

Newly qualified from DUT, Thobani assists Imran in our studio with the preparation of technical documentation and adds his 3D-presentation skills to our portfolio.

Office Administrator

Linda assists in the running of the day-to-day administration of the practice and brings 25 years of experience in architectural project administration to the table.
